Under acidic conditions, Cu2+ dissociates from ceruloplasmin and albumin. Ascorbic acid reduces Cu2+ to Cu+. Cu+ reacts with the complexing agent 3,5- dibromo -PAESA to produce a blue complex. The absorbance of the blue complex is measured at a wavelength of 600 nm to calculate the Cu2+ concentration . Storage: This product can be stored at 2~8°C for 12 months with shading light.
